APPOINTMENT DAYS AND TIMES SET BY PATIENT!

Patient Location Must be within a (20) mile Radius of CCPMs Physical address.

This includes, but not limited to:

*Scranton, Wilkes Barre, Dickson City, Dunmore, Taylor, Kingston & Moosic.

There is a $30 base travel fee applied to all travel to appointments.

Outside of our service radius will be an additional $.00 FEE per mile.

PRICES MAY VARY AS TO ENSURE WE ARE ALWAYS CHARGING ACCURATELY TO GAS PRICES!
